We work with local growers, farmers, fishers, chefs, winemakers, brewers and makers—pairing what they produce with the landscapes, buildings and communities that give it meaning.

That might mean drinking wine within sight of the vineyard, eating locally reared beef after seeing the cattle grazing along the route, discovering a hidden workshop, opening the doors of a much-loved village venue or hearing live music somewhere completely unexpected.
